We have all been in places at times in our careers where we felt we were "stuck."  It was like the movie "Ground Hog Day" with Bill Murray - nothing really changed - it was the same thing over and over.  The message we should take away is Bill Murray was able to try new things - test them out without consequences (he got to revise his actions the next day).

How do we keep our juices flowing? How can we make new connections in our brain and keep challenging ourselves to grow and improve?
